The photos were long range shots taken some 80 meters or so away. Hence the images, although quite clear, is small. It was quite fortunate that a small stream of light beamed through the foliage as I was about to take the shots. There were at least 2 of them but I managed to get only one of them on frame. Appreciate any help from visitors to confirm the ID.
Natural habitat of this spritely bird are broadleaved evergreen forests, gardens and mangroves. Upon migration it could be found in montane forests up to 1800 meters above sea level.
