During the yearly migration of birds from the harsh winter of the northern hemisphere to the warmer south, we get the opportunity to observe and watch many species of these migratory birds including the Siberian Thrush. I was quite fortunate to have not only sighted both the male and female but also photographed both genders.
The preferred habitat of these migrants are broadleaved evergreen forests up to around 2,600 meters above sea level.
